Job Description

Sause Bros. is hiring Mates for both West Coast and Hawaii divisions. 

Sause Bros. is a family owned Company that has providing superior marine transportation service to the Pacific Rim for over 80 years. Sause Bros. Crew are IBU (Inlandboatman's Union) top to bottom, with established long term time charter contracts along the West Coast and throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We own and operate a fleet of state of the art tow wire tugs, and the majority of the work is towing petroleum barges. Mate position is not required to tanker.

In addition to competitive wages, Sause Bros. also offers the following:

Day for Day rotation.
Full Medical, Dental, Vision to you and your dependents with no monthly premium payment, and an additional payment made by the Company to a supplemental healthcare account.
9% Pension contribution by the Company.
Paid or subsidized Travel depending on labor agreement.
Overtime and Holiday Pay.
Paid license renewals and upgrades.
